I do not understand where this came from, but if this is cannon, I'm okay with it.
100%. Honestly, this is one of the bast Wh40k comic I've seen.

I'm not even kidding. It has action, progress, character development - BAREABLE character monolouges unlike so many does NOT (it's very good, just stating) - and for the first time, I actually enjoy the comic.

It's not just I read it cause it's 40k. All the rest looks like comics made by children, drawn by adults.
This feels like it was made by an adult.

Best for you Darius, your work is amazing.

I do love your comics, and I am aware that GW is famous for their tendency to use litigation to enforce their IP rights, but I hope you realize that stating Eatatau is not a fanfic comic does not change the unarguable fact that it indeed is one.

I hope that GW has not presented any issues with your page, as I love tour work.

But, as an international IP lawyer, I am sorry to say that it IS one.

I sincerely hope that this fact is not causing you any issues.

Thank you for your comments, and I only have to say: Prove it.

As I said, I have had no problems of copyright due to the fact that Eatatau is set in a totally original universe, yaddayadda, legal stuff not involving drawn material and varied crap, and I know for a fact that, at least, some of the staff in GW have known (and some read) Eatatau for years.

So yeah, original.

...at least, until proven otherwise.

But I DON'T want to prove it! XD

As I said, I really like your comic, and want it to go on for a long time!

I made my previous comment because I was concerned you might be in some legal trouble with the webcomic and had posted your last strip as an attempt to "prove" it is an original work.

My intent was to recommend that, if that is the case, do not take the strip above as a "proof" of originality, as it would not work.

I do hope nothing of the kind has happened, though.

True_Darius, July 10th, 2017, 6:19 am

Don`t worry, nothing happened so far, and I`ll try to go on like that. ;)

Please do!
I've been reading this comic since 2011 and I've immensely enjoyed its evolution, both its comedic and serious aspects. Thank you for creating this. Kudos to you, and many more returns!

Your Site has Issues...
Every time I click on the comic my computer gets attacked by a virus...

True_Darius, July 11th, 2017, 6:08 am

@Commander MacBragg. It may be because of the Geovisite or the Live Traffic Feed thing. I have repoted it to Smackjeeves and been told that, besides that, nothing is wrong. :P

Love Your Work, Good Job!
I've gotten back to your work after a long while and you have seriously come a long way and maintained professionalism too.

It'd be bittersweet to see this end coming a long way, hope it gets to a well-deserved ending with no silly outside interventions!

Sooo... you survived, Mr POTATO...
